I hereby grant [Sunrise Marketing], its affiliates, agents, and assignees the irrevocable right and permission to use photographs, video/audio recordings, social media posts, testimonials, and other digital media (“Digital Media”) in which I appear or have contributed.

This includes, but is not limited to, the right to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these Digital Media for any lawful purpose in any medium, including, but not limited to, print, digital publication, social media, marketing materials, and other electronic formats. In addition, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the Digital Media.

I understand that this material may be used in diverse settings within an unrestricted geographic area.

Photographic/Recording Release: I consent to being photographed and/or recorded as part of my participation in [Event/Activity] and I grant full rights to [Sunrise Marketing] to use the images resulting from the photography/video filming, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for publicity or other purposes.

Testimonial Release: I provide the following statement as my testimonial: [“Testimonial Text”], and grant [Your Company Name] the right to reproduce, use, exhibit, display, broadcast, distribute, and create derivative works of this testimonial in any media now known or later developed.

Social Media Release: I acknowledge that this release includes my consent for [Your Name] to share and use any social media posts, including images and text, that I have publicly shared and tagged [Your Company Name] or its campaigns.
