Terms of Service

We’re thrilled to collaborate on your project! Our goal is to ensure your vision comes to life just as you imagine it.

Payment Terms

  • Custom Gift Cards: All custom gift card projects require prepayment in full prior to the start of any design or production work.
  • All Other Projects: Payment is due and payable upon acceptance of the final approved copy. Charges will be processed automatically to the credit card on file.
  • Mailing Jobs: For jobs involving postage, payment terms will include an additional step to prepay for postage prior to the mailing being executed.

Design and Alteration Policy

  • Your design fee includes up to three alterations to perfect your project. Should you require more than three alterations, each additional change will incur a modest fee of $25.
  • We require your written approval of the final proof before moving forward with production. To ensure accuracy, please review your proofs carefully, as all approved work is considered final.

Review Process

To guarantee your satisfaction, your project will go through a three-step review process involving our design, sales, and production teams. This ensures every detail meets our high standards—and yours.

Responsibilities and Liability

  • Clients are solely responsible for verifying all details, including spelling, contact information, layout accuracy, and any other project-specific details, prior to providing final approval.
  • Once final approval is received, all work is considered final, and no further changes can be made. We cannot accept responsibility for any errors or omissions after this point.

Project Scope

  • The design fee covers the scope of work as outlined in the initial agreement. Any additional concepts or changes beyond the original scope will be quoted and billed separately.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Refunds for canceled projects will be issued on a case-by-case basis, less any costs for work already completed.

Ownership and Usage Rights

  • Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the final approved design will be transferred to the client. However, we reserve the right to showcase the work in our portfolio or promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Reproduction or adaptation of the work outside the agreed scope requires prior written consent.
