COMMUNITY FUNDRAISER CONNECT WITH CUSTOMERS

Fall is back to school time as well as the start of the school fundraising season. What better time to offer a Gift Card Community Fundraiser. You sell discounted Gift Cards to the charity, they pocket the difference. What a great way to get behind your community, while they help spread the word about your business. Of course the other benefit is the fact that customers for the charity then become customers of your business! We've put together the total package - everything you'll need to market and manage your program.

The Community Fundraiser will work by sending out prospect letters and responding to interested parties with the package folder. The Community Fundraiser package will have letter, disclaimer, order form, sample envelope, sample gift card on card holder, and your business card (you supply, or SM can print at additional charge). The prospect will review information and return completed order form. At that time you would forward along the Community Fundraiser sales tool kit. This would include envelopes, explanation cards, sorry I missed you cards and sample cards. You could supply gift cards at this time, or wait until the pre-order period is completed. We recommend a minimum of 50 cards. The fundraising group representative would be responsible for collecting orders, funds, etc. and providing your company with order. Gift Cards and funds change hands at this time. All other records would be maintained at your business. These directions are meant as general guidelines - your program directions are up to you.

Fees - Setup design fee: $295 (using SM templates)

	25 Presentation folders (@ $6.00 each) The presentation folders are sent to interested parties who respond to the solicitation letter, or click your site for more information. The folders are designed to hold a sample of all program pieces as well as order form, sales tips, and cover letter.
Gift Cards (1000 min.) (@ .49 each) Using SM template gift cards - custom available - call for pricing - These cards are designed to use sequential numbering (for record keeping), price point; i.e. $20 (can be printed on back, with or without barcode, with or without terms of conditions and disclaimers). Using SM templates will keep the cost down and assist in faster turnarounds. Gift cards can be used with or without POS system.
	Explanation Cards (Min. 1000 @ .27 each) this flashcard will be printed in full color with terms and conditions of the sale. It will also explain your company's involvement, as well as contact information. Each child will give one to every prospect they speak to. While a child may or may not remember all the details of the offer, the handout will deliver the facts perfectly each and every time. Whether they buy or not, you will have your message in front of all prospects. 1000 cards are imprinted with a 'sorry I missed you' message.
Order Form Envelopes (250 min. @ .40 each) These oversized envelopes will be printed with your logo, etc., as well as a line by line entry point for customer, address, phone number and number of cards ordered. The envelopes are a handy way of providing the child with the explanation cards, sorry I missed you, and a sample card for presenting the program. Orders are logged and returned to supervising adult. Cards are provided to child and distributed to customers. When completed they will include cash, checks, etc. that the child as collected for cards.
	Document Package for Retailer (all are provided as either word document, or pdf file) $95.00 for CD. The disk includes all letters, forms, and instructions customized with your company information, logos, and contacts - all you need to do is print them out as needed.
